That thinking was there right from the beginning of our time as a caterer. Nearly three decades ago our founders sought out a new and exciting dining experience to bring to events. They’d done their time with other catering businesses, but now they sought out their own challenge and wanted to bring something that they found was missing from the catering market at the time. That was hog roasting, though it may be more accurate to say that it was actually a particular brand of stylish and spectacular dining experiences for events – the hog roast just looked to be the best method of doing so.
Innovative From The Off
The availability of really high-quality hog roasting machines at that time did not match up to our own needs. So, as would become the staple of Hog Roast Poole decades on, our team went about creating their own way of doing things. That lead to designing and building our own hog roasting machines out of old cobbled together machine parts, which later lead to the current crop of exceptional, state-of-the-art roasting machines that you’ll find your Hog Roast Poole teams using day in day out at every event in town and across the country.
By creating our own machines we could continue to tweak their uses to our own demands as they built with every event. Where we found ourselves lacking, we found a way to innovate and create a new solution. This has resulted in the massive variety of uses in our handy catering machines, including our signature hog roast along with grilling and barbecue functions, rotisserie cooking, and even foldable prep and serving tables too to really allow us to be dynamic in our approach to every event.
